    Position Overview: As the Senior Operations Manager, you are the backbone of our operational success, orchestrating the logistical symphony that transforms our ambitious visions into flawless realities.     Key Responsibilities:

    Operational Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement robust operational plans that align with our strategic objectives, ensuring our conferences and tradeshows are executed flawlessly.

    Team Leadership and Development: Lead a diverse team of operations professionals.

    Vendor and Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, partners, and stakeholders, ensuring alignment of goals and maximization of resources.

    Budget Management: Oversee the operations budget with a meticulous eye, ensuring optimal allocation and utilization of resources.

    Qualifications:

    -A minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the conference/tradeshow industry or a related field.

    -Proven track record of leading operations teams and managing large-scale events.

    -Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with an ability to think strategically and act tactically.

    -Excellent organizational and project management skills.

    -Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building and maintaining effective relationships.

    -Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; is preferred.
